Extremely disappointed

I am normally very happy with Twisp. Their service is excellent and I have been using their products for 3 years. When they stopped selling Apple 8 mg, I was very disappointed because it took me a very long time to find a taste that I really liked. I then contacted them on FB and received a phone call from someone in the Marketing department, saying that he phoned all the outlets in the country and they will be sending the stock that are not selling at their other kiosks, to Somerset Mall. It made a lot of sense, because at least they had a guarantee that I would buy it. I was extremely impressed by the level of service. However, it's been months, and no Appel 8 mg yet. If they were unable to provide me with what they offered, they should have just said so, instead of making a promise and not honoring it. I have bought another brand of e-cigarettes, and am going to stop using Twisp altogether.
