Excellent Service at Eastgate

I recently invested in a Twisp Solo. I bought the device at Clicks before Christmas as a gift for myself. However upon using the device I was very unsatisfied. The device leaked constantly and always had liquid in my mouth. I went to the Twisp store at Menlyn, who advised me to removed a seal at the top of the filling tank. I done as instructed but I still expercienced a leak. I happened to pop into Eastgate yesterday and spotted a Twisp stand. I was helped by very friendly young gentleman by the name of Simo. I explained my experiences with the Solo to him, and he listened atentively. He than advised that I have to apply pressure on that seal and not remove it, as pressure will create an airlocked seal and no air bubble will form. I am very thankful for his assistance as I am now happy with my device. It pulls like a dream and I am no longer tasting liquid. Simo is very clued up on the product and I will always go to Eastgate as the staff there a very pleasant to interact with. Thank you for sorting out my device.
