Endless problems

I bought a twisp Clearo just under two months ago, after the first month the whole unit had to be replaced after several visits to the stall, now i bought a spare coil that also doesn't work, the fact that i have to run up and down every time something happens with this thing is ridicules, Petrol and time aren't cheap and yet i still have to come in again, this was supposed to help me quit smoking cigarettes yet its more of a problem than anything else, causing me to want to smoke cigarettes again, i cant believe i didn't just buy the ******* version, instead i paid thousands for a product that cant run for longer than a month, this is unacceptable!!!
