Eege - Biggest load of ****!!
I have been using the Clearo for ages with no issues. I went to the kiosk at The Glen to purchase a new battery and charger as mine had been ******. I was planning on just buying a whole new Clearo set. The sales lady then convinced me that I should go for the new Edge instead as it is only R300 more and it is a HUGE improvement. The coils would last longer & I would get more battery life out of it etc... I then purchased the Edge believing all the nonsense. As Twisp by now should know - the coils do not last!!! I am lucky if I get 4 hours of battery life! I am using double the amount of liquid!<br> I was never given the opportunity to make an informed decision about the product as the sales lady opened the box and filled the cartridge right there and then making it a \used"item. This is the obvious way Twisp makes sure that you cannot get a refund!!! <br> <br> Yesterday the device all together just stopped working!! This is the biggest piece of **** I have ever bought from Twisp!!! <br> Replacing parts of the device you think are faulty is not going to solve the problem. The problem is this is an inferior product! """

The problems that you have mentioned most certainly do not sound good at all. The new Edge device is definitely an upgrade to the Clear, and so works slightly differently as I am sure you will know.
