DO NOT BUY TWISP SOLO
Bought a TWISP Solo for my Girlfriend for Christmas. We have both been using TWISP for the past few years and she liked the look of the Solo product.

The product does not work and is not comparable to even the cheapest alternative smoking devices on the market.

Went back to Twisp to ask about exchanging this for a product that we know works and pay the additional difference for it. Was told that there was no exchange possible. This was within the 7 days period of purchasing the product. Called Head Office and was told we need to speak to the regional manager (no phone number available), subsequently had to go back to Twisp Cresta and even North Gate, before finally getting a number to call. Was told no refund or exchange available, best they could do was to pay back around half of the purchase price.

I have since stopped using all TWISP products and after introducing colleagues of mine (who I introduced to TWISP) to other brands, they too have stopped.

To TWISP. You will lose a lot of clients if you treat loyal customers like this. Word of mouth spreads.

Hi Paul
We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the performance of the Solo device. From what you have stated about using the previous device, we are sure that you have had our Clearo.
There is a difference between the Clearo and the Solo device. As can be seen, the Solo is a much smaller device, so in turn, the battery and tank capacity is smaller. This will inturn affect how the device is used. If used correctly, we have had many satisfied customers using the Solo.
The Solo device is meant for the very occasional smoker, normally smoking no more than 5 cigarettes a day, and using the device occasional during the day.
