DO NOT BUY THE TWISP TYKO

I have been using twisp products for quite some time. Recently I have been using the Twisp Tyko and everything seem to be wrong. The liquid leaks out at the bottom holes, the coils does not last longer than 2-3 days.

Since buying the product late November of 2019 I have had to buy 3 replacements coil packets and it contains 3 coils each. Keep in mind that 1 packet of replacement coils cost R 180. I have been using twisp oils, I started with the normal tobacco 8ml and then started using the pure tobacco. This product is a complete waist of time and money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I went to the twisp stall in Woodlands Mall Pretoria and they refuse to refund or replace the coils that lasted 2 days even tho twisp says they are suppose to last a couple of weeks. I then called customer support and spoke toe Ina on the 13th of January 2020, she said she will find out what the problem is and call me back. I have not yet received any calls from her.

If you are trying to quit smoking by starting to vape this is not the product for you.
