Do not buy a Twisp EDGE device!

I have been smoking twisp Clearo devices for two years, being a smoker of 20 cigarettes per a day. This was an amazing device. The coils lasted for a month as promised. Then Twisp brough out two new coils in a space of six months taking away the ' point ' on the coil. Both of these coils were terrible and lasted a week or two. I then invested in the new EDGE device and was promised a better device. This device is completely s&&&!!!! Its an embarassment!! The coils last a day or two with your consultants making excuses about soaking the coils which i did and they did when putting the new coils in. I have now been told this device is for a light smoker and i need to have a gap of 30 seconds between puffs. Ive been told the Aero device is what i need to purchase! After ive just wasted 800 rand. I am so angry with this device i cannot smoke it without a getting a terrible chemical taste. I want a full refund or a new better device. I have already told many people at the counters not to touch your new device!! What a disapointment. Could i ask for a new alternative to twisp please? What a waste of money!
