Do not buy a Twisp Cue !
I’ve had twisp devices since they have come out. The new Cue was a game changer for your company, however after its success you have had problems with the pods burning out which made me have to drive over 200km when on holiday to purchase new pods as all 10 had burnt out.
My major issue I have is that there is no blueberry or rebel pods Available since the start of February! No one gives you feedback! How can you sell a product and not keep up with demand!
I will NOT recommend your brand to anyone anymore! You have disappointed a loyal customer and you have ignored all emails sent to head office!
Maybe I will get a response now! What’s the next smoking alternative to twisp?

We are working timelessly to get the stock issue resolved, we are working together with customs to have our containers released by the soonest date. Of course, as a business, we do plan accordingly, however customs can be unpredictable. Our Rebel and Vanilla flavors recently arrived and had undergone multiple quality checks to ensure no more leaking and burnt pods were present. The solution in this regard is to have stores stocked up ASAP. This plan is already in action and teams are working timelessly to ensure this process goes as quick and smooth as possible.
