Dissatisfied customer
<p>Good day.</p> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I trust this email finds you well.<br /> <div dir="auto"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I bought my twisp device from the Johannesburg branch inside of Northgate shopping mall. </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">Twisp edge. </div> <div dir="auto"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">Purchase date is <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T2:1 July 2016">1 July 2016</a> and this morning I tried to smoke and the device will not turn on.</div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I have tried all of the problem solving methods but the device worked for a second and then went off again.</div> <div dir="auto"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I am extremely dissatisfied with the device.</div> <div dir="auto"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I bought two vapour with the device to find that the one vapour does not pour.</div> <div dir="auto"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I am currently based in dubai and do not have any means to make my way to a store to fix what should not be broken.
