Dissatisfied customer!!!
I’ve always been a big fan of twisp and been using them since 2016. I’ve never had serious problems until now. I purchased my 3rd edge as the latter was beginning to give me problems! Mind you, this was after a few trips to the twisp pop up in Benmore. The only solution I was given was to buy a new one which I did. Now, it's only been a few months and now the battery just flashes, or doesnt go on and it’s not pulling any smoke-fully charged.I have changed it twice this year because of the same issue. I can't afford to go the pop up store all the time and its also not fair that in a space of 6 months I've had to buy two twisps. I am in no position to purchase a 3rd one-I certainly cannot afford it.
I honestly have no idea what to do now. I can't keep purchasing twisps and not getting the satisfaction it promises

With regards to your query, it could be that your battery has a short circuit therefore your battery is just flashing when activated or it could be your coil that is not connected properly.
If your battery is still under warranty you can take it to any one of our Twisp kiosk to you as they will do a full assessment on the battery to determine where the fault is coming from as an exchange will only be honored upon a full assessment from the kiosk.
