i bought a twisp vega mini for R850INC . Two weeks in i get an error saying no atomizer head , which went back to normal until two days ago. then my tank glass cracks . now im being told that the glass cant be replaced only i need to buy a complete new tank which in R399.95. THATS HALF THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. IF THIS IS WHAT I WAS IN FOR I WOULD OF JUST STUCK TO SMOKING CIGS. THIS IS ****************. I CHOSE TWISP BECAUSE OF THE NAME BUT NOW IM THINKING I SHOULD OF WENT FOR THE CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE WHICH IS A VAPE. IM EXTREMELY ****ED OF. IM NOT GOING TO SPEND THAT MUCH ON A TANK BECAUSE I DONT NEED A TANK I JUST NEED A GLASS. THIS IS WORKING OUT TO COST MORE THAT I WOULD SPEND ON CIGS. TWISP IS A PIECE OF **** ITEM. EXPENSIVE BUT CHEAP QUALITY. I WOULLD ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY A VAPE FROM A VAPE STORE AND SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN

All our devices come with a 6 month warranty, which means your device is covered for manufacturing faults. Once assessed, if a fault is found, then the part is gladly replaced, if during this Warranty period. The Warranty does not how ever cover physical damage.
The Vega and Vega Mini Tank is a sealed unit, and so the parts cannot be replaced that make up the tank. The Glass tank piece that has been damaged is not a part that is sold on its own unfortunately, and so cannot be replaced or bought.
