Disgusting Service!

<p>I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with the Kenilworth Twisp counter and the awful staff that they have running it. </p> <p>Lazy and *********** are the 2 words that I would use to describe the 2 sales staff working there. Badly groomed and not knowing how to answer questions about the Twisp, the product, the services they offer etc are more than enough reasons for me never to have to go back to this branch! </p> <p>It's customer service like this that makes me want to smoke more, not buy their product - that's for sure!</p>
