disgusting horrible product and service

Firstly they force you to use it if not they make the battery your issue because i didnt use it at the time and way they want me to i have a dead battery let me tell you why becasue i didnt use the dam thing enough i work with batteries and the same type and its totally unacceptable i will not pay for something i didnt do no one told me this info that please note YOU ARE FORCED to youse it a lot you making your so called well known product my issue **** that **** you will fix this mess i didnt use it enough i dont care about yourcoathetic warranty at all your goods are faulty nothing i did so best you sort this out very fast your service is as **** as your product twisp is a good brand not at all its pathetic
