Disgusting customer services from TWISP GATEWAY
Hi
I have purchased a twisp Que from discem. The device has a problem. I have taken it to discem and they have advised that i take it to the twisp outlet.
I have taken it to the twisp outlet at gateway and the black gentlemen could not help me. This is not my first comolaint against twisp. It is now my second.
Im completely not satisfied with the results i get from the twisp outlet in gateway ever. Please have a look into this and assist. Twisp has now, not only selling products that not work properly and also the customer service is the worst ever.
