Disgusted in lack of concern from Twisp SA.

On 4 June 2015 i purchased 2 new twisp edge devices at the kiosk in OR THAMBO AIRPORT. I am extremely disappointed as i have not had a single day of smoking pleasure since my purchase. I have had both devices leaking until empty daily (waisting a lot of liquid), one device started smoking profusely from the point where the two parts connect (the bottom part), when *****ing the two parts together, it sometimes makes a loud buzzing noise, and i constantly have liquid squirting into my mouth when inhaling. I'm sure you know, it is a very unpleasant taste. <br> I have taken both devices (more than once) to the kiosk in Somerset Mall, Somerset West, where i live, just to be told after a week of waiting that there is nothing wrong with the devices. I would like to formally request a refund as i refuse to pay R1600 for something i can not use. I am not using the devices at the moment as it is extremely frustrating. <br> I have sent two emails to the Twisp Head Office. An email was sent to say my query has been received and i will have feedback within 48hrs as \your email is important to us". That was on 3 Sept. I have not yet heard a single word from them.
