Disappointing product

I purchased my twisp edge about a month ago. I have another edge that never gave me a problem. This new edge constantly leaks fluid into the mouth piece and its always overheating. Another issue is the poor materials it is made from. I am a chef and I have dropped my previous twisp in the kitchen many times and nothing happened to it. I recently dropped the new 1 onto the rug on my bedroom floor (quite a thick rug I might add) and the entire vapour adjusting base popped out. When I visited the store they said theres nothing they can do. I found that strange as when I was paying R950 for it the guy never told me anything about not covering for when it falls. Just told me if anything happens to return it within 6 months to be replaced. I have to say I am disappointed at the poor quality and the poor service to customers. Its unacceptable as I rely on my twisp cos I quit smoking. So unhappy and disappointed really...
