Disappointed ex regular

<p>Hi there ,</p> <p>We are / were huge supporters of the twisp product , for quite a few years we have been very intense advocates for twisp , my wife and I have been through 4 different twisps from the very beginning . We buy on average 2-3 bottles of liquids every week and always buy the new units when available . It's with regret that after all the years of using your product we have to say good bye . Every twisp we use always leaks and the product failure has become way beyond the acceptable rate . We currently have 6 different units in our home and after discussing the problem we moved to vaperite . Currently , the units that we have bought 1) don't leak 2) are less expensive 3) staff are more helpful 4) the units don't over heat 5) the product is easily available and not hard to get . All our current friends use twisp and are also considering leaving your brand . It is advised that you really consider taking a long hard look at the product as there are a lot of unhappy clients that you may not know about .</p> <p>A very disappointed regular <br />Donovan</p>
