Disappointed

<p>I am so disappointed in the TWISP brand. My husband stopped smoking cigarettes almost a year and a half ago. In this time he has been through 3 devices. The first edge stopped working and we took it in so we got a replacement which then also only lasted 3 months then stopped again. So we bought the aero which also only lasted 1 month and then we had to take it back as the device was faulty. We got a replacement edge again which then lasted about 6 months before starting to give issues so we bought an ion. The ion is now 6 months old and the charging unit went faulty for the past few weeks and now the device has packed up. So it seems that all your devices only have a +-6 month lifespan which is so convenient as the warranty on the devices is only 6 months. This is so unfortunate. The amount of money I've spent on coils and liquids and not to mention devices for my husband, I really feel hard done by. Perhaps I need to consider changing brands completely to another smoking alternative brand. I await your feedback in this regard.</p>
