Defective Twisp

I have my twisp for exactly 1 week & from day 1 it gave me an issue. At the counter that I bought it, the bottom metals had already become stuck together & I had to wait for them to try to open it. Then they finally just gave me another bottom to the existing top. The lady at the counter said I should maybe press it about 3 times before inhaling. That was good because every time I do that, a shot of hot liquid bursts out of the top & hit me twice in the eye(so now I direct if away from my face). So I got around that problem, but now it will squirt from the top & leak from the bottom(when its securely *****ed on). They warned me not to get the lower end wet, so I'm always frantically wiping it, un*****ing it & cleaning it. I've done this multiple times in the few days I have the product. The taste is also leaking into my mouth & cutting at my throat at times. It's the new version too. Ironically enough I heard the people who sold it to me, say that the newer ones are proving to be defective & didn't shy away from revealing that in front of me. I keep reading that manual, changing the amount of liquid I use, making sure to always leave it upright & it still gives me issues.
