Defective Twisp
I bought the new TWISP EDGE to stop smoking cigarettes and to ave money as its much cheaper in the long run. I've had my twisp for 2 weeks now and at first liked the experience, but after these first 2 weeks i woke up this morning to find that my twisp swiches on and heatsup on its own. I had to un***** the tank from the battery to prevent this from happening. I'm a South-African working in Angola and will be here for the next 2 months with no way of getting any assistance with the twisp. I'm extremely disappointed and want answers!!<br> <br> Is there any way to fix this problem??

We most certainly want to be able to assist as best as we possibly can! Our device all come with a 6 month warranty, and this is so we can troubleshoot and fix the device if something goes wrong.
