DEFECTIVE DEVICE

I purchased the TWISP EDGE on 8 June 2015 after using the TWISP CLEARO for about a year. I was told that the EDGE coils would last at least 6-8 weeks and were thus better than the CLEARO coils.<br> The first coil lasted approximately 2 weeks and since then the life of the coils has decreased rapidly. The last coil I put in was on Monday 27 July 2015 and by Wednesday 29 July 2015 (2 days), the liquid was black and giving off an awful burnt taste. I have already returned to the kiosk with problems with the EDGE, one being leaking and secondly the device just stopped working for a few days but once again was met with plenty excuses as to why that was happening. That was within 2 weeks of me purchasing the EDGE, I was told it was my fault it was leaking and not once offered to have the EDGE sent in to be repaired. No excuse was given as to why it stopped working for those few days. I am spending an absolute fortune on coils and liquid as I have to constantly empty out the black liquid. I refuse to go back to the kiosk with my complaints as I'll just be told how I'm doing something wrong.
