Defective coils

Hi there,

I contacted Twisp online support about 9 coils that burnt out within a month. He then gave me a list of instructions that does not appear anywhere on their website, packaging or social media. How am I supposed to know how to soak the coil if the instructions are not made available to their customers. Also the guys at the Kiosk showed me a different way to soak the coils - so which methos is correct?
And now he tells me that Twisp can not replace the coils or refund me because the coils are consumables. I am still experiencing the same burnt issues with new coils. I feel that I am just wasting money on coils every week. I go through 3 coils every week. I have been to the Twisp Kiosk and they referred me back to Online Support.

Surely I can't be held liable for not soaking the coils correctly when the instructions are not made readily available to the genral public. Atleast put the instructions in the packaging.

This feels like Ford not owning up to a fault.

What must I do now?

Thank you!
