Customer Service? What service..

So. After 4 emails to 'support' division at Twisp, and 3 phonecalls, to which I was promised a return call.

All I have is a reference number.

Pathetic and disgusting service from a supposed leading e-cig brand in the COUNTRY.

So my issue is everytime I have purchased a 3 pack of twisp edge coils (which has just experienced a price increase also by the way), the coils are faulty.

1 coil works for about 3 to 4 weeks, which I expect given the price I paid and my usage. The second coil lasts 3 DAYS, and the third coil doesnt even work or is burnt after a single day.

For something that is R 60 each, I find not only the quality but the total lack of response from any one regarding the matter.

The kiosk I purchased it from cant help me even though I have my receipt, because I need to contact head office, when I contact head office, all I get is so and so is busy and will call you back.

Emails fall on deaf ears, I sent an email 1 week ago, and I made it quite clear I would resort to Hellopeter as this seems to be the only time customers get taken seriously.

Disgusted and so dissapointed.

Hi Ismail
Thank you for contacting us.
We will be sure to get someone to contact you during the course of the day.
Got a call from Twisp support about 5 mins ago. Thanks.
But I am still not happy, rather than try to resolve my issue that I had, and offer me something as a refund or replacement for the defective (YES DEFECTIVE), your guy gave me a 10 minute lecture on how I should be using my coils and that its probably due to an air bubble.
Are you even serious right now. Do me a favour, call your kiosk in Musgrave Durban, tell them I will be coming there during the week, and if there isnt a new set of coils allocated to my profile (you have my contact number and i.e profile) , man am I going to be ****ed with you lot.
I pay a premium over all other e-cig products, because I expect quality service and QUALITY products.
Not the **** I've been served right now.

Hi.
To be honest, I received nothing helpful from that conversation, other that your agent implying that the issue was entirely my fault and that there is nothing wrong with the coils I purchased.
I appreciate his advice on soaking the coils before use, but I already do that. I allow the unit to stand for atleast 5 minutes before use. I dont use a higher voltage than 3.2, 3.3. I only use Twisp liquid.
If I do the same procedure for every single coil I use, how can they each last different amounts of time??
I mean seriously rather than trying to tell the customer that they are doing something wrong, does it hurt a company to show some goodwill and replace something a customer is having an issue with?
Consider and then respond, thank you.
I dont need another lecture on the phone while I am busy, even if he meant it in a good way.
