Customer service below zero

So I recently wrote two reviews on the vuse crushed mango flavour. Only then I received an email from some dude by the name Sebastian. All he said was that he appreciates the feedback and it's the first time that they received a complaint of this nature.

I rep**** twice on Via email.

Zero response

Hence I was forced into writing yet another review.

For a company of this magnitude , they have not a clue as to what customer service is about.

It's pathetic.
