<p>I was in Worcester mall a few weeks ago and I stopped by the twisp shop or what ever you call it. I spoke to a lady asking her all the most difficult question I can think of trying to make it difficult for her to answer me back, and by surprise she did. She did not hesitate or looked up any extra information, but she did not know she gave me informed on people who will know that what I wanted. She told me so much that I was interested in buying a twisp, although I don't smoke! It started off out of curiosity and ended in stunned off my feet mind blowing. Branch le Roux is most experienced and well informed about her work, she amazed me when I was being an idiot and making her look like a fool. The most important thing about customers is that they want to see you fail in life, not all but some and when people like bianca comes and prove them wrong, it makes me so happy that I would appreciate the type of people her like her. Driven, focused, informed, passionate about what he or she does for a living! </p>
