Cue Pods Never Available

To whom this may concern,

Kindly advise why your brand "Twisp Cue" pods are never and nowhere available? Every store I visit, they have the same answer... Twisp Representatives do not visit their stores anymore. I went to the Twisp store in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. Staff sitting on the floor, not willing to assist. When I eventually helped myself behind their counter, I got their attention. Still, I received the same response as 7 shops, selling Cue pods. Twisp representatives does not deliver stock.

Please just tell me why would you create this product, if stock aren't ever available???

I think it's poor. Such a major brand...that cannot provide?...Don't deserve to carry such a big name!

I would like to post this internationally, but I know "Twisp" wont pay any attention.

Major disappointment to have purchased anything from Twisp.

Goodluck with future sales. Bet their less and less by the day.
