CUE PODS - BURNING
So upset with the countless pods I throw away because of the burning . Some full. I spend at least R150 every 2nd day on pods and it's a load of *******.
Sitting with 5 pods currently that have "burned". What are you going to do to fix this?

We have had an issue with our Cue pods tasting burnt after a few puffs. We have investigated into the matter and found that there was a problem while busy with the production of the coils for the pods. It seems that the coil was not wicking correctly which caused the burnt taste of the pods. We are busy uplifting all faulty pods and replacing them with the new pods. Kindly let us know which kiosk is the closest to you so that we can confirm if they have the new pods in stock. You will then be able to exchange any pods that are giving you a burnt taste without a proof of purchase.
