Cue Pods

Half way through the cue pod it stopped working (just like many brand new pods that I purchased & did not work). Took it to your kiosk at the Grove Mall. The lady checked it and told me because it is already half way used, there is nothing they can do. REALLY??? Is there nothing you can do? I had the receipt on my which she did not even bother to ask for but could tell me there is nothing she can do because it was already used. If you look at all the bad reviews you guys are getting in regards to the CUE, surely something is wrong.
