Cracked Twisp
I purchased a new Twisp Edge on the 2/11/2015. From day 1 it did not smoke as well as my Clearo. I waited 2 weeks and replaced the coil, this did not help. <br> <br> The next issue I have is that the Twisp now has a crack in the glass. I do not take it out of my car. I returned the unit today only to be told by the person behind the counter that I must have dropped it. She then called Lisa, who told me the exact same thing and was reluctant to be of further assistance.<br> <br> I no longer want this device and I do not appreciate the approach of the sales assistant over the phone.

The is a difference between the Clearo and the Edge, as each device works differently. The Coils draw the flavour differently and each one works at different output powers. The Edge device, you are able to tailor your smoke to how you like.
The warranty on the device does cover manufacturing faults or mechanical defects, but does not cover wear and tear or damage.
