Complaint

<p>I have been having problems with twisp since day 1.... On numerous occasions I have gone back with no luck. So I decided to buy their new upper class twisp called the 'aero'.</p> <p>Unfortunately this device started leaking , so I had to go back once again, and so I DID.</p> <p>The product kept on leaking. I came in contact with twisp head office on numerous occasions where I pleaded with them regarding this situation. Needless to say my request for my money back has been denied , even though it is still within their warranty period. And regarding the complaints technician JP , his arrogance does not fit his job description.</p>
