Coils not working!!!

On two occasion we have bought a full pack of coils (containing 5). One pack from Twisp in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and the second pack from Clicks at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. From the first pack only 2 was working and from the second pack only 1 was working. Seeing that is it R199 per pack this is outrageous! We have previously bought the loose coils and never had a problem with them.<br> <br> You cant even return it because you have to open the coil and insert it and then find out that it is not working. this is totally unacceptable. we have paid R400 for 3 coils. That comes to R133 per coil!!!<br> Very UPSET!!!
