Coils burning out too fast

I recently purchased the aero twisp from the Gateway store almost a month ago and within the month I have gone through almost 10 coil- 2/3 per week with a horrible burnt taste.I have read a recent complaint whereby another customer had experienced this and was told that they did not leave the coil to soak.let me just bring to your attention that each and every time I replaced a coil this was done at a twisp kiosk by a twisp consultant at either of the outlets and the consultants were made aware of the problem that I was experiencing so it's either I was sold an inferior quality unit since it was on special for 1200 or you are selling faulty coils. This is an expensive device and I would appreciate feedback concerning this issue as the coils were fitted by the twisp consultants who ensured the device was ready for use so I can not be given the excuse of not allowing the coils to soak up.Its unacceptable that the coils last 2-3 days and I will ensure that I make consumers aware of the defected items that you are selling to consumers!
