Coils burning out after a few days!!
The coils for the Edge are ridiculous!! There is sometimes 1 out of a box of 3 that lasts, the other 2 burn out or taste like cotton after a few drags. I have been experiencing this for a few months now. I know how to prime the coils and so on, every time I go to a store to complain about it the excuse I get is how I need to prime it. I smoked the original Clero for over a year and my coils used to last over a month, I think Twisp realized they were'nt making enough money so they made coils that don't last as long!! As a long time customer I think something needs to be done about the coils. Every person I speak to seems to be having the same problem!!

Thank you for contacting us. There are many factors to take into account with the lifespan of a coil. There is not a specific time frame that can be given with regards to this, as everyone uses their device differently. That said, we see you have mentioned you are using the old Edge device? We will get one of our agents to contact so that we can discuss the matter further with you.
To make note, there is a difference between the 1st generation Clearo, and Edge device, as the Clearo used a Top based coil, and the Edge uses a bottom based coil design. This means that its function, upkeep and use will be very different.
