Coils are terrible.
I have been using different Twisp devices for over 2 years now. I am currently using an Arcus. Your coils are terrible!! There is always at least 1 'dud' coil in EVERY packet of coils that I purchase. Within a couple of hours, the coil stops using working effectively. It is difficult to pull and starts making a bubbling noise. I know this is not how coils are meant to work, because when there is a properly working one, I have no issues for at least a week. Very disappointing. I am really considering changing to other brands devices. The coils and juice is expensive and I really feel there should be a level of quality for the price paid.

05 May 2020, 09:28Good morning Lauren, thank you for reaching out to us, this is really strange to hear, as we have many csutomers using the Arcus device who has not been experiancing coil issues.
Can you kindly let us know what method of priming you are using before inserting your coil? and what liquid.

05 May 2020, 10:18I find it very difficult to believe that there have not been issues. I have seen a lot of complaints regarding coils in general.
I prime it by soaking the coil completely. For at least 5 minutes. I ONLY use Twisp juice, no other juice touches my coils.
