Coil only lasts two days

I have been a Twisp customer for 1 and half years. And have always proclaimed how wonderful an alternative it is too smoking. I have recently purchased the new Twisp solo wanting to try something new. However I am so so disappointed. After only two days my coil tastes like burnt charcoal. I then decided to go back to the old Twisp clearo, but now find that the new coils made for the clearo is also only lasting me for a few days. I went to the tygervalley branch to ask for assistance and when I arrived I was greeted by another angry customer with the very same complaint. The agent at the counter told us that he didn't know why this was happening and that there was nothing he could do. I now find myself changing coils every two to three days and it is not only frustrating but very expensive. I am so disappointed in Twisp and am seriously considering another brand. This is unacceptable. And I feel like I have wasted my money on the Twisp solo.
