Childish customer service
<p>I have been a customer for quite some time. Noticed some time ago that,they,do not like any criticism. I question them on the liquid not been the same taste and color, nasty answer back. A few weeks back I got a new EDGE, leaking, not working etc. Sent it back and got 2 new batteries, still not working properly. 2 mails back on how I should clean it, as if I am an idiot. Got myself a new head and working OK. Customer service sucks. Even got cut of their FB page for doing a critic on their page, wow, childish. Why are they here???? Because of US the customers. Get your act together.</p>
