Cavendish (kiosk unattended)

Today I drove to the mall (Cavendish) where I made my way to the Twisp Kiosk. There was no sign indicating that anyone was gone/lunch/closed. I decided to call the number on the site ( ********** 335) where a gentlemen answered. I asked him if the kiosk was closed and he said no. I said I am standing at the kiosk to which he responded that he was on lunch and that he will be back inn 20min. Now I have taken time out of my working day, spent money on parking and drove all the way from UCT to buy a new ION battery. All this for nothing and this man could not be bothered. He only told me that he is alone at work and that I can wait or leave. Sarcastically \I said I would wait...This is not acceptable cos not only did this guy lose a sale but I am sure I am not the only person who experienced this kind of treatment. Not cool and this should be dealt with.
