Burnt Tyko Coil Extremely Annoying
I have shared my views on the twisp website and they have failed to get in contact with me.
I am extremely disappointed in your Tyko coils that burns out within 1 day!!! I went to canal walk and they advised I have to lodge my issue on your site and to which no one had gotten back to me !! I used your Cure first and that was faulty with the cure flavour that was always an issue I switched to the SMOD to my surprise the same issue with the coils burning outs I purchased the twisp product because I thought that I wont have any issues at all but every turn it's an issue! The guy at the canal tasted the product and confirmed it's the coils thats the issue I want a refund immediately or a return in the stupid **** that burns out I am extremely annoyed and upset you guys are the worst!
with regards to your query the number one reason for a burnt coil would be due to under priming a coil before usage as this will result in impacting the coil's life span. Under priming would be not soaking the cotton in the coil with enough liquid therefor you will experience a burning sensation and this will come from the dry cotton in the coil.
