Burnt taste on new pod

I bought 6 pods yesterday,brand new Nut Brittle had n few puffs and now it taste like a full on burnt flavour not delicious Nut Brittle at all.The pod is almost full still and the thing is can’t take it back as I have disposed of the purchase slip and Carnival Mall staff are so rude for me to take it to them for replace nevermind they have never got stock.I bought it at East Rand Mall but it taste horrible!Can you not trace the purchase on my cell number as I have a twisp account and the store also picked me up on that!I have taken it out gave it a little tap on flat surface but no luck!
