Burning Twisp Cue Pods

I have had a Twisp Cue for a year and I have recently purchesed a new device. What bugs me is that for the past 3 months I have had to return over 20 pods all different flavours due to the fact that they burn when they're still full. A week ago Twisp launched a new Mango Ice flavour which tastes very good except when it burns after a few drags. I suggest before you launch a new product fix the problem with the old ones. I bought a pack of 6 pods for holiday in Namibia in order to be prepared should there not be a store near me and only 2 worked. This is absolute nonsense!!!! Fix the problem URGENTLY as I can guarantee from what I've heard I'm not the only client with this issue.
