Broken / Untested Product

With the launch of Twisp's new Cue, an easy and user-friendly alternative to smoking was released, I was rather excited having entered a promotional campaign and received the product for free. However, the device had shown early signs of malfunction with minor leaking specifically to that of their Cue Pods. It soon became apparent that this occurred when the Cue Pod was exposed to temperatures exceeding 25 degrees Celcius.

Now, I have made a formal inquiry with a representative at their Cavendish Square stall and he assured me that the problem was not isolated as numerous customers have lodged similar complaints regarding product defects (i.e. leaking). The representative took the "faulty" Pods at the time but never offered any form of contact or follow-up information. As it stands, I have made this aware to their Facebook page and haven't yet received a formal response.

I'm utterly annoyed at the fact that these Pods retail anywhere from R45-R50 each, and although they boast a 300 - 350 puffs "for average use," it does not deliver, especially considering that you may be losing approximately 25% of use with the leaking issue.
