Brillliant customer service

Last week i posted a complaint about buying a twisp solo it was constantly leaking twisp jead office contacted me the next day and advised me to take it to there counter for investigation .i went to musgrave outlet they checked it out turned out to be the atomiser was burnt out and they showed me the corect way to fill it as the first time they didnt at another outlet ..thanks musgrave twisp you i went back yesterday to buy the peach pure lovely stuff.
