Bought AERO not knowing exactly what i am buying

I bought an AERO Twisp on Friday afternoon around 5 o'clock, Within the first 2 hours, the device started leaking.<br> <br> I was told on inquire that this is the one device out of all the new ones that does not leak.<br> <br> I am not happy for the reason that, i have been told to clean the device every 30 minutes. I did not buy this device to clean it more than i smoke it. After going to the kiosk, I have now been told that this device is made for the heavy smoker, which was not mentioned to me when i bought this device. I personally feel that if this is one of the main things about the Twisp AERO, this should have been carried over to me as the customer. If i had known this detail, i would not have bought this device. <br> <br> Twisp is not willing to replace the device, but only to replace the Atomizer, the problem with this, is that i still have a product that is not beneficial to me as i am not a heavy smoker, so now i sit with a device that is more of an inconvenience because i have to clean it all day. I am not happy with losing R400 because i was sold a device without knowing what i am fully paying for, and this in itself goes against the Consumer Protection Act.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Cheslyn
