BEWARE OF TWISP!!!

After buying the TWISP Solo, it started leaking and after getting a mouth full of tabacco oil, I became ill, head ache, light headed, not to mention burning throat and lungs. I returned the product to the tobacconist within seven days of purchase and after almost 3 weeks, I turned to TWISP SA for help. After speaking to a lady in their support department, she was as useless as their product. I asked her to help with the tobacconist as he is putting their product and name in disrepute and she completely shrugged me off! Not interested at all in helping, nor does she care about TWISP's reputation. I'm going to report the tobacconist, the TWISP rep and TWISP SA to the C.P.A and expose all of this on social media! In the meantime, I'm R500.00 out of pocke! South African's must be very careful when considering to buy TWISP products as they are faulty and dangerous! Be warned and beware!!!
