Battery Threads
I have now bought two Twisp units and both have ended up where the threading between the battery and vaporiser has gone and they no longer attach. I took it back to Blue Route Mall kiosk and was told that I would need to buy a replacement. I told the rep that I will not be buying anything Twisp related ever again and with the large choice of similar products out there I would advise anyone to do the same, and that is not ever buy a Twisp product. Previous to this the vaporiser liquid container cracked twice, requiring replacing the whole unit and many people I have subsequently spoken to have said that the same has happened to them.They look like a well made product but as with most things, looks can be deceiving. Going on the many disgruntled reports I have seen on HP I would avoid buying a Twisp product in future.

We are sorry to hear about the threrading on your device. We have not received complaints about this from our customers before?
Depending on the length of time you have had the device, threading can deteriorate due to wear and tear of the device. We of course will be more thaqn happy to investigate this at any of our stores. So please again, take your device with your proof of purchase for them to assist. Especially as this has happened to you twice in a row.
The tank breakage, again depending on which device you currently have. If you have one the new 3 devices, the tanks are made of a glass material, and this is because they with stand higher heat. The tanks can break if the device is dropped or knocked over.
