Bad service by Mbali Twisp Richardsbay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so mistreated by a sales consultant inTwisp Boardwalk Richardsbay. She literally blaimed me for not pressing the referral button in the Twisp Site and shouted at me. This is my 3rd time referring someone and I have never been mistreated by a sales consultant. Her name is called Mbali and she told me that the customer is not always right and she doesnt care what Head office has to say to her.Not only did she not know how to refer but she wasnt even aware of the special, telling me rudely that I will only get 4 pods because its Cliq referral not Cue which is not true.Twisp just lost me as a customer as the people you hire to represent your brand have no respect for customer service. She was shouting at the top of her lungs and even gossiping and laughing at me right in front of her with her fellow collegue and security guard. Kind Regards Dr Linda.
