bad service and ****py devices

The Clearo * is terrible now! The liquid seeps out of the top..making the liquid go into your month every time you pull on it. Just bought a new one a week ago from OR tambo's pop up twisp store. The quality has dropped and they are *****s now! (complaint from a client) I have exactly the same issue, been to the twisp stands several times, then they clean it and they put in a new coil themselves. it will work for a few pulls then start all over again. i went back and i was told there is nothing they can do and I have to buy a new one. they always make you as the client look stupid, i have been twisping since the first twisp came out....i had several devices so after 4 years i know how the **** works...i am fed up with twisp I keep on getting this: If your device is leaking through the mouthpiece: This is mainly due to left over vapour. This is a natural process of condensation, this occurs when not all the vapour is drawn out. The vapour then turns back into a liquid and can seep into the base causing leaking out the mouthpiece. Kindly dis-assemble your device and clean each component thoroughly. Remove the mouth piece and clean the chamber of the tank and mouth piece with some tissue paper. Remove your coil, wrap your coil in some tissue paper and give it *-* hard shakes in a downward motion. Now clean the base section of your battery and re-assemble. If the leakage is still occurring, and all seals are in place, please refer to your nearest Twisp counter in order for an assessment to be done.

I have been cleaning the paint off the damn device, been to different counters and they keep on telling me the coil is flooded and and and...also the light keeps flikkering even though it is fully charged. the service is terrible

Good morning Carina, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your current query,  Check for Missing or damaged O-rings/Seals: Seals that are not present or damaged leave gaps for air to get into the tank, and for liquid to leak out. Replace if needed. Don’t forget to check the Atomizer Head too. Check for Cracked tank glass: the tank will then need to be replaced.

If the leakage is still occurring, and  all seals are in place, please  refer to your nearest Twisp counter in order for an assessment to be done.
