Bad Service and Bad Product

I went to Cresta Shopping Centre to buy my monthly supply of Twisping products. I have the Twisp Clearo and asked for the new coils as they last me longer. The Dimakatso consultant told me that they no longer make those as they don't last as long. She charged me R91.90 for 2 x coils. This is the new price for the new coils. And I was supp**** old ones. I have now used both and need to get more as I have to replace one a week where I normally change every 2-3 weeks.<br> <br> I need to know what is going on the consultants who work for Twisp, is getting more and more unhelpful and very arrogant. <br> <br> My Edge is also giving me problems it gets extremely hot and starts overheating. Every now and again I struggle to get vapor out of the device as well and I need to un***** and fiddle with the battery to the atomizer tank... This is very annoying and I would advise anyone twisping to not upgrade to the Edge.
