Bad reactions to Twisp oils

<p>I bought two Twisps, one for my fiancé and one for myself before going on a cruise for a month at the beginning of May. The Twisp that I bought was a Solo and the other an Edge. After spending R2 500 on two Twisps and oils we filled both up. The Edge was fine but the Solo oil came into my mouth, so I exchanged it for a new one. This one did the same thing so I took my Solo back and exchanged it for an Edge. After the oil came into my mouth, on both times I just wiped my mouth out with a serviette. Almost immediately that the oil came into my mouth, it started burning my mouth, but two days later I started getting blisters in my mouth. I already had to leave for Cape Town to board the boat so went to the chemist and got mouth spray, ointment and antihistamines. After the boat sailed it got worse and worse. So when I arrived in Walvis Bay I went into a clinic and they gave me a cortisone injections and cortisone tablets. Nothing helped, I could hardly eat or even smile. Eventually by the time we docked in Venice three weeks later my mouth started to heal. <br />Something in the Twisp oil had burnt my mouth really badly but there is nothing on the bottles to indicate that this oil is dangerous and if ingested something should be done immediately.<br />This incident ruined my holiday and cost me a fortune. I will never use a Twisp again and I am writing this to warn other people out there the terrible side effects that can happen. Again I state that THERE SHOULD BE A DANGEROUS WARNING ON ALL TWISP OILS as it poisoned my mouth.</p>
