Bad quality devices

I bought a Twisp Areo the 21/12/2015, the device was working fine until now. The flavour leaks through the air holes, sometimes the whole atom leaks through. The coating came off the device so it turns out brown. The button on the battery broke, so the device won't switch off because of the button that gets stuck. I went to Twisp Centurion for a new battery but they did not have stock, apperantly for the last 2 months. I emailed the support but no response. I think I will take it back tommorow for a refund. I am done getting anything out of them!
